News Maker Adam Packham on Military Banners Ribbon Cutting

A ribbon cutting and opening ceremony will be held for the first of the Military Tribute Banners honoring our Hometown Heroes on Mar. 29.

We spoke to the founder of Heroes on the River and Military Banner  Proponent Adam Packham about it in our latest news maker.
