News Makers Joanne and Fern on C-CAP’s garden and more

Front Royal Warren County Congregational Community Action Project (C-CAP) has some changes regarding the community garden and some new opportunities at the Kendrick Lane facility.

We spoke with C-CAP Executive Director Joanne Koszyk and Head Garden Volunteer Fern Vasquez in our latest news maker.
