News Makers Lisa and Tony on the 10 day challenge

Once again this year Warren County Fire and Rescue is teaming up with the American Red Cross to help protect the community.

We spoke with Lisa Wilbanks and Tony Hitt of the Warren County Fire and Rescue about the program in our latest news maker.

Lisa and Tony tell us that the 10 day challenge begins Mon. April 2.

They also tell us that the plan is to help citizens by checking homes for fire safety and offer smoke detectors where needed.

Tony and Lisa also give us some alarming figures when it comes to the lack of several safety features in a home.
