Front Royal Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department’s annual carnival opens tomorrow Jul 8.

We talk with Front Royal Director of Information and Technology Todd Jones about the event.

Todd tells us how much of the renowned relish we have to consume and the schedule of carnival events.
