NSVSAC announces their Executive Director
The Northern Shenandoah Valley Substance Abuse Coalition (NSVSAC) announced by email that Kat Wilcox has been appointed as their Executive Director.
Wilcox was appointed by the Coalition’s Executive Committee and has an extensive education background in Emergency Medical Services.
Wilcox has served the Winchester Frederick County area as a firefighter and paramedic for Frederick County Fire and Rescue.
She has also served as a team leader for Valley Health Urgent Care and Director of Community Relations for a local Senior Living Center.
The NSVSAC collaborates with community partners to take the lead in identifying and developing effective resources for substance use and addiction.
The coalition ensures that care is available to the community at large.
