NVRDGTF arrest two Winchester residents

The Northwest Virginia Regional Drug and Gang Task Force (NVRDGTF) arrested two Winchester Residents.
The pair were under investigation for at least a month with the NVRDGTF conducting several controlled buys.
During the residential raid 9 and a half ounces of a white powder believed to be cocaine along with weapons, drug paraphernalia and over $1,500 were confiscated.
The drugs could have a street value of over $38,000.
Josie Peacoe has been charged with distribution of a controlled substance.
Rasheed Riley along with having a previous warrant for his arrest has been charged with possession and a probation violation.
More charges are pending.
Both are 29 years old and lived in the same residents on Valley Ave. Winchester.
