Page County Awarded $50,000 For Proposed Food/Visitor Hub

marketing leverage program grant

Page County has been awarded $50,000 in state funding toward a proposed Page Valley Food and Visitor Hub in downtown Luray. Economic

Development and Tourism Director Nina Fox told supervisors the facility would include a commercial kitchen, restaurant incubator, food-truck

commissary and visitor center. The project is proposed for the former Uncle Buck’s restaurant building on Main Street. County officials say the

project would be funded through grants and transient occupancy tax revenue, rather than local tax dollars.
