On January 15, 2019 at approximately 3pm, the Front Royal Police responded to a report of a pedestrian struck in front of the Rural King located at 465 South Street. Upon arrival, officers observed the pedestrian lying in the parking lot.  The pedestrian was identified as Jeffrey Richardson, a 40-year-old Reliance resident.
