Pilot collides with a Winchester Airport hanger
While attempting a landing at Winchester Regional Airport a pilot suffered minor injuries as her plane collided with a hanger.
The 49 year old unidentified pilot from Front Royal was treated at Winchester Medical Center.
No other injuries occurred in the incident.
The single engine Jabiru aircraft appears to be a total loss with only minor damage done to the hanger.
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and National Travel and Safety Board (NTSB) have been notified of the accident.
The accident remains under investigation.
