We were in the studio today for The Valley Business Today with Danita Roble, Director of Membership for the Top of Virginia Regional Chamber and her guest, Dr. Dave Miles. Dr. Miles is a leadership author, experienced trainer, and professional speaker who specializes in developing leaders at all levels of an organization from executives and management to professionals and staff.

Our conversation included the importance of leadership; leadership development; and, building a leadership culture in an organization. We talked about the high, yet sometimes hidden, price an organization pays for lack of engagement and turnover and discussed the importance of reducing turnover from the point of hiring.
