All those presents and you have to wait to open them. It’s almost too much for a kid to handle! Trust me when I tell you kids, don’t try to sneak a peak, it’s just not worth it. I remember as a kid I snooped and found a stash of presents in my mom and dad’s closet. There were socks and clothes and other goodies, including a game of Twister. I was thrilled because I had wanted that game for a while. Armed with this knowledge I went on my merry way confident of what I was getting for Christmas. Imagine my surprise on Christmas morning when my one of my brothers opened his brand new Twister game. I was crushed. What could I do? I couldn’t complain because if I did mom would know I snooped. It wasn’t like I didn’t get some very nice presents, although I don’t remember any of them. But I do remember what I didn’t get. Let the magic of Christmas, the suspense, the excitement, the joy and the surprise happen on Christmas morning. Don’t snoop, it’s not worth it.
