Tourism Tuesday: Grilled Cheese & Tomato Soup Festival
3 November 2020
We pre-recorded our conversation for Tourism Tuesday – Shenandoah County edition – with Kary Haun from Shenandoah County Tourism and her guest, Olivia Hilton (whom I’ve dubbed the Grand Pu-bah of Fun) for the Town of Strasburg. We have also posted the Zoom video to our YouTube channel so that you can see a few of the things we discussed during the show as well as hear our pre and mid-show chatter. You can watch that video here: https://youtu.be/Kl6yJPLy4LQ
Olivia gave us all the details for the Grilled Cheese & Tomato Soup Festival happening in downtown Strasburg this Saturday, November 7, 2020 from 11am – 4pm. There will be live music, street performers, wine tasting and many other activities happening even if you didn’t get your ticket for the grilled cheese/tomato soup tasting. Kary told us about a few events happening at Shenandoah Caverns and Thanksgiving options from Bryce Resort. For a complete calendar of events happening throughout Shenandoah County, visit their website: https://visitshenandoahcounty.com/events/
