Tourism Tuesday: Luray Modern & Broad Porch Coffee

We pre-recorded our conversation today with Ryanne Hodson from Luray Modern to talk about her short-term rentals located in Luray, VA. She told us how they found their way to Luray and walked us through their process for finding, renovating and renting their three vacation rentals – in particular the 1850’s farmhouse.
Ryanne also told us about a new business venture in partnership with Broad Porch Coffee Co based in Harrisonburg. They have moved the roaster to downtown Luray and plan to open Broad Porch Coffee at 20 W. Main Street in the near future. She explained how the partnership came together and told us how she became a certified Q-grader.
