22 April 2020
We pre-recorded today’s episode of The Valley Business Today with Cynthia Schnieder, CEO of Top of Virginia Regional Chamber for a conversation about the chamber’s newest offering: Telemed and their upcoming virtual job fair.
First, Cynthia told us about the virtual job fair happening on May 7, 2020 from 11am – 4pm. There will be a special session between 11am – Noon for teens age 16-18 to discuss job opportunities with local businesses and agencies. Job seekers will be able to enter “rooms” of many different employers currently hiring throughout the region and connect virtually. Virginia Career Works – Shenandoah Valley Region and Top of Virginia Regional Chamber have teamed up with Dr. Dave Leadership Corp. to host the virtual job fair. More details can be found by clicking here.
In the second segment, Cynthia told us about the chamber’s newest partnership with Engage Telehealth to offer convenient access to quality healthcare for members & non-members alike. The investment is minimal and there’s the option for month-to-month services or a discounted price for a one-year commitment. Sign-up is nearly immediate with less than 24-hours from registration to access. You can get more information and find the chamber’s special codes here: https://www.chambertelemed.com/
