Tourism Tuesday: Vintage in the Valley, Gardens, Galleries & Grapes and more!
2 April 2019
We were in the studio for Tourism Tuesday – Shenandoah County edition – with Kary Haun from Shenandoah County Tourism and her guest, Olivia Hilton, Marketing & Events Coordinator for the Town of Strasburg. We joked at the beginning of the show that since we’re all friends, we read each others’ minds and “dressed for radio” as reflected in our header photo.
Olivia gave us all the details for Vintage in the Valley happening on Saturday, April 6, 2019 from 10am – 6pm in downtown Strasburg. The free event will showcase over 200 vendors of vintage goods, antiques, and handmade crafts; local bands; a wine garden in the Strasburg Square; and a vintage car show. Local restaurants will be offering daily specials along with downtown businesses hosting sidewalk sales.
