Rivermont Fire Hall opened Saturday 6/26
The Rivermont Fire Hall ribbon cutting was held on Sat. Jun. 26.
After the ribbon cutting an open house took place from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m..
The over $5 million station covers approximately 15,000 square feet and will be manned 24 7.
The new facility features an area for fundraising as well as a commercial kitchen and community events room.
The fire department will serve not just Rivermont community but will assist Buckton, Waterlick, Bentonville-Browntown as well as Front Royal.
The new building is located on Stokes Airport Road in Front Royal.
