Royal Broadcasting and BSMG team up to assist aspiring broadcasters

Royal Broadcasting owned Fox sports WFTR and Classic Hits WZRV have teamed up with Broadcasters and Sportscasters Mentoring Group (BSMG) to offer aspiring broadcasters an on-site on-air training opportunity.

The partnership provides unprecedented hands-on training and mentoring to aspiring radio broadcasters throughout the Northern Shenandoah Valley region.

The initial pilot program is designed to prepare future broadcasters for state-of-the-art industry training and supports the development of local talent.

Founder and President of BSMG Michael Madden called the collaboration with Royal Broadcasting an opportunity for local students to be mentored and trained directly by professional broadcasters while building a network of influential industry contacts.
