
Ryan Lingle named principal of Peter Muhlenberg Middle School

Ryan Lingle will begin serving as acting principal at Peter Muhlenberg Middle School in Woodstock, effective Jan. 1. That’s according to a news release from Shenandoah County Public Schools.
The current principal of Peter Muhlenberg Middle School, Cynthia Herr, will retire Jan. 1 after 32 years of service to Shenandoah County Public Schools.
Lingle is the current assistant principal at Signal Knob Middle School in Strasburg. He has served as an assistant principal in the district for seven years, five of which were at W.W. Robinson Elementary School in Woodstock.
Todd Narcross, a physical education teacher at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Strasburg, will take Lingle’s place as assistant principal at Signal Knob Middle School. He is in the process of completing his administration degree. Narcross has served as a physical education teacher for 15 years.
