SCSO arrest 3 Harrisonburg men after chase

The Shenandoah County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO) reports the arrest of 3 Harrisonburg men after a chase.

Shenandoah County Deputies answered a call around 12:30 a.m. Nov. 3.

Deputies took a report of a suspicious vehicle in the 1900 block of Senedo Road Edinburg.

Prior to arrival Deputies learned that an assault with a firearm being brandished and possible shots fired with three males fleeing the scene.

About 3 minutes later another Deputy located the vehicle involved and attempted a traffic stop without success.

The vehicle continued down Senedo Road and Harmony Lane when 2 of the passengers exited the vehicle and fled on foot.

As the vehicle entered the Woodstock town limits Police Officers from Woodstock deployed spike strips disabling the vehicle near South Water Street and Indian Spring Road.

That’s when the driver, Edwin Antonio Bonilla Claros of Harrisonburg was arrested without further incident.

Shenandoah County Sheriff’s Deputies apprehended Carlos Alberto Bonilla Claros and Jeremy Calix who had exited the vehicle earlier.

Edwin Claros, Carlos Claros and Jeremy Calix are now facing a total of 16 charges between them.

Edwin Claros faces 10 of those charges, Calix faces 5 and Carlos Claros faces one charge.
