SCSO looking for missing person
The Shenandoah County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO) is asking the public’s help in locating Charlotte “Charlie McPeeks McElligott.
The 19 year old 5 foot 6 inch tall 100 pound white female has long dirty blonde hair and blue eyes.
She was last seen in the 3000 block of St. Luke Road in Woodstock Sunday night.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the Sheriff’s office at 540-459-6100.
