Second arrest made in Winchester murder case
The Frederick County Sheriff’s Office reported a second arrest in the Sarah Curren murder case.
Clara Perdue has been charged with accessory after the fact of murder.
Perdue is accused of helping Larry Mullenax with disposing of the body of Curren whose body was discovered behind Baker Lane in Winchester.
Both Purdue and Mullenax are being held at the Northwestern Regional Adult Detention Center.
Mullenax is due in court Aug. 11.
The investigation continues.
