The Winchester Police Department, assisted by the Frederick County Sheriff’s Office, executed a search warrant April 9 following the ongoing investigation into a carjacking in Winchester. Raymond Reigle, 22, of Frederick County was arrested and charged with carjacking and robbery as a result of the investigation and search warrant.
Reigle is the second person charged in connection to the carjacking incident that occurred March 28.
