Second suspect arrested in carjacking investigation

The Winchester Police Department, assisted by the Frederick County Sheriff’s Office, executed a search warrant April 9 following the ongoing investigation into a carjacking in Winchester. Raymond Reigle, 22, of Frederick County was arrested and charged with carjacking and robbery as a result of the investigation and search warrant.
Reigle is the second person charged in connection to the carjacking incident that occurred March 28. Authorities say a male victim had his backpack, firearm and keys to a van taken by a group of males. The van was recovered two days after the incident on March 30. Diontre Tyrese Bell, 20, of Front Royal was arrested April 2 by authorities and charged with carjacking, robbery and being a felon in possession of a firearm.
Reigle is being held at the Northwest Regional Adult Detention Center without bond.
