Shenandoah County Sheriff’s Office Investigating Multiple Larceny Claims

The Shenandoah County Sheirff’s Office has recently fielded multiple claims of larceny. Two incidents were reported to have occurred on May 2. According to one complainant, an unknown person or group removed a Virginia registration sticker from a vehicle on Hunter Ln, Edinburg, VA. According to another report, an unknown person or group removed a social security card from a residence on Middle Rd, Strasburg, VA.

The following day, two more larcenies were reported. According to a complaint filed, an unknown person or group removed a weed eater from a garage on Orkney Grade, Mt. Jackson, VA. Another complaint reports an unknown person or group removed hand tools from a vehicle on Old Bridge Rd, New Market, VA.
