Shenandoah County Sheriff’s Office Monthly Unsolved Crime

The Shenandoah County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public for help in trying to solve this month’s unsolved crime. The Sheriff’s Office is investigating a larceny that occurred on April 11, 2017. It was reported that an unknown person stole a fire proof lock box from a business at the 3000 block of Quicksburg Rd, Quicksburg, VA.
Video security footage from the incident is available on the Shenandoah County Sheriff’s Office Facebook page. The video shows a person dressed in a light colored hooded sweatshirt, dark pants, gloves and a mask. The person entered the building, went through desk drawers and cabinets, and located the lockbox. The person then exits the building with the lockbox.
The Sheriff’s Office is seeking help in locating the person responsible for the theft of the lockbox. If you have information about this case do not post it on social media.
