Nats Drop Series Finale To Brewers, O’s Lose To Braves,

The Milwaukee Brewers shut down the Washington Nationals yesterday 7-3. A variety of Brewers pitchers combined to give up just 1 earned run and strike out 12 in handing the Nats their 70th defeat of the season. Center Fielder Lane Thomas went 3-for-4 for the Nationals, who have the day off today before starting a series tomorrow against the Miami Marlins on Sports Radio 1450.

The Baltimore Orioles dropped a 3-1 decision to the Atlanta Braves yesterday. Despite out-hitting the Braves 8-7, the O’s dropped their 18th straight game. The Birds host the Angelsin a midweek series starting tomorrow.

Ryan Blaney edged William Byron by less than a tenth of a second to take the NASCAR Cup Series race in Michigan.

And the PGA Tour will attempt a 7:30 start this morning as they attempt to play Round 4 of the Northern Trust tournament in New Jesrsey. Jon Rahm and Cameron Smith are tied at 16-under par.
