The Masters Begins, AFC North Matchup Tonight, More College Games PPD
One of golf’s major tournaments begins today, as the sport’s top players gather at the famed Augusta National Golf Club for The Masters. The tournament is usually played in the Spring, but was moved to November this year because of the pandemic. Tiger Woods will be going for his record-tying 6th green jacket. The Masters concludes on Sunday.
First place in the AFC North is up for grabs tonight, as the 5-3 Indianapolis Colts take on the 6-2 Tennessee Titans in the NFL Thursday Night game. Kickoff is set for 8:20.
More college football games have been canceled this weekend because of coronavirus concerns. The Georgia-Missouri SEC contest has been postponed, as well as the Big Ten matchup between Maryland and Ohio State. 8 major college games have been called off so far this weekend.
And, Shane Bieber of the Cleveland Indians and Trevor Bauer of the Cincinnati Reds have won the AL and NL Cy Young awards, respectively.
