Staunton Police Arrest Individual for 90’s Sexual Assault Incidents

According to a report released by the Staunton Police Department yesterday, the Department recently received complaints regarding sexual assaults that occurred between 1993 and 1998.
Tuesday, officers arrested William Lee Kerr, 74, of Staunton in relation to those claims. Kerr has been charged with four felony counts of forcible sodomy and four felony counts of aggravated sexual battery.
