Adkins is seen in some stills from video footage assisting others to enter the building.

Other stills from videos show the Frederick County School Board member holding a beverage can while inside the building.

According to a confidential source in evidence submitted by the FBI Adkins is recorded on social media bragging to a friend that he was drinking Coors lite and Fireball inside the Capitol Building.

Reportedly Adkins was chanting let’s get beer as he left the building around 3:30 that afternoon.

After appearing in court for these misdemeanor charges Adkins was released on his own recognizance.
