Strasburg appoints new town manager
The town of Strasburg announced the appointment of Waverly Coggsdale as their new town manager.
Coggsdale brings 28 years of town and county government experience to the position.
Coggsdale will take over from interim manager Jay McKinley on Aug. 16.
McKinley took over temporarily after town Manager Wyatt Pearson took a position with Frederick County.
