Sunlight Properties to purchase EDA solar panels

The Front Royal-Warren County EDA has found a company to buy the solar panels currently on the roof of its Kendrick Lane office building. The EDA announced the sale of the panels in February.
The EDA Board of Directors and the buyer of the solar panels, Sunlight Properties LLC, amended a sales contract in order to comply with the Governor’s emergency declaration to reduce non-essential work and activities. The board agreed to an extension so Sunlight Properties will be able to finalize the purchase and remove the panels after the state of emergency is lifted.
