SVEC will not disconnect customers

SVEC winter weather preparation

Shenandoah Valley Electric Cooperative (SVEC) is not disconnecting customers at this time.

They are reminding customers with the current delays in postal deliveries they are offering other payment plans.

SVEC now offers EZ Pay which allows for automatic deductions of the bill from a bank account.

MySVEC app is also available on most smart phones.

There is also an online option at with a number of options on line.

You can also call and pay over the phone at 1-800-234-7832.

The Cooperative is asking, if you are behind on payments please contact them about making arrangement for payment.
