PCSO recover human remains in Page County

The Page County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO) reports the recovery of human remains.

Authorities in Page County continue to investigate the disappearance of resident Joshua Dee Bradford.

New information in that case has led to the discovery of the human remains in the Page County area on May 6.

Those remains have been taken to the Chief Medical Examiner’s Office for positive identification and determination of cause of death before the identification can be confirmed.

Bradford was last seen getting into a blue sedan back in September of 2022.

The initial investigation led to Marcus Lee Lewis being a person of interest in Bradford’s disappearance.

Lewis left Page County after being approached by law enforcement and was later arrested in Las Vegas.

Lewis was arrested on a felony charge of resisting a public officer with a dangerous weapon and a misdemeanor charge of walking along a highway.

Reno authorities reported the apprehension of Lewis back in December of 2022.

A warrant was issued in Page County charging Lewis with Murder in the second degree, and  Willfully, intentionally, and physically defiling a dead human body.

Lewis is also charged with transporting, concealing, or altering a dead body.

All those charges are felonies.
