CCHA hosts 10th Annual Heritage Day

The Clarke County Historical Association is hosting their 10th Annual Heritage Day today from 11 am to 4 pm at the Burwell Morgan Mill in Millwood.

There will be live demonstrations of colonial era people working and their daily lives.

Some of those demos will include blacksmithing, cider pressing, wood turning, weaving and more.

Then come back at 7pm for the Legends by Lantern Light.

This tour will have a different angle on the history of the area from the earlier session and will have interpreters sharing stories of families divided by war, a famous heiress of the 20th century and much more.
