Frederick County Sheriffs responded to a report identifying a wanted man, Michael Paul Warner of Chesapeake.

When officers attempted to stop and search the vehicle on Cedar Creek Grade, the suspect fled.

The suspect traveled throughout Winchester city streets then towards 522 where he drove through a funeral procession and into Shenandoah Memorial Park where he damaged grave plots.

The suspect then traveled to 81 North and continued to West Virginia.

WV State police pursued through Berkeley County and into Jefferson County before the vehicle was disabled using tire deflation devices.

Throughout the chase the driver committed a hit and run, drove into oncoming traffic and reached speeds of 95 mph.
