Front Royal continues to work on phone issues

Broken cables continue to cause some phone disruption in parts of Warren County.

Front Royal announced that the town offices are open on a regular schedule with email service still available.

If you have an utility issue or problem you can call the Front Royal Police Department at (540) 635-2111.

The Warren County Sheriff’s Office is also available if needed at (540) 635-4128.

911 is still active for emergency use only when necessary.

Telephone providers Century Link continues to work on the problem and will have service restored as soon as possible.

When you call the Front Royal Police Department you may receive a busy signal.

Should that happen call (540) 635-4128 as an alternate.

Front Royal Town Offices are also experiencing phone outages.

The town’s email is still available and for the time being is an alternative for communicating with the town.

Phone providers Century Link reports the problem is being caused by a damaged cable.

There was no exact time given on when the repairs would be complete.
