Warren County Sheriff deputies apprehended 20 year old Michael D. Jacobs of Annapolis Maryland.

Jacobs faces charges of felony eluding, reckless driving among other charges.

The suspect was spotted traveling down Shenandoah Ave. at a high rate of speed when Warren County Sheriff’s Deputies began chase to Morgan Ford Rd.

The pursuit by vehicle ended as the suspect hit a utility pole fleeing on foot.

Jacobs fled to a nearby home where the owner detained him until authorities arrived.

Jacobs is currently held without bond at the regional jail.
