Edinburg is holding their 40th annual Ole Time Festival.

This is one of the Shenandoah Valley’s most unique events and will take you back in time.

The festivities began Friday but the best is yet to come this weekend.

The Children’s Fun Festival will be open Saturday and Sunday and feature a petting zoo, face painting, a magic show and more.

There will be dozens of crafters making handmade goods on site including basketmakers and blacksmiths.

The Fair also gathered together some of the areas best musicians to entertain all weekend long like The Virginians, Cooters Garage Band, Matt and Dan and many more.

The weekend will culminate in the Amazing Bed Race which is exactly how it sounds.
