Fun Fact December 1, 2021.
Last Thursday was not your day if you suffer from cibophobia. People with cibophobia often avoid food and drinks because they’re afraid of the food itself. The fear may be specific to one type of food, such as perishable foods, or it may include many foods. A sub phobia, if you will, is FOLO, or fear of leftovers. Some people won’t eat leftover because they believe they will make them sick. A recent survey in Australia found that nearly half of those who took the survey preferred not to eat leftovers, sighting not knowing how long food will last in the refrigerator or not knowing how to make leftovers taste good. The results found that Generation Z, 18-24 year olds, were most likely to eat leftovers while baby boomers were least likely to eat them. Anyone seen the mayo, I want to make a turkey sandwich.
