Clarke County offers a Citizen’s Academy
In an effort to have residents learn more about government, Clarke County is offering a Citizen’s Academy.
The program begins in September and is designed to engage residents and elicit feedback.
The Academy meets the third Friday of each month through June from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. with lunch provided.
Deadline to enroll is Monday September 6 at 5 p.m. here or call (540) 955-5100.
The first meeting of this first of it’s kind academy in Clarke County is Sept. 17 for residents 18 and over.
