Frederick County Parks and Recreation announced their partnership with CivicPlus, a leading provider of technology solutions for local governments, to implement their state of the art parks and recreation management software.

This will enhance the accessibility of recreational activities and streamline the registration process for residents.

The cloud-based solution will also help with the payment process and provide easy access to book community facilities like ballfields, athletic fields, shelters, and meeting rooms.

The new software also provides a mobile option to increase user friendliness on smartphones or tablets.

Residents must have an account set up by April 8th to register for summer basicREC and reserve facilities.

All other summer programs will open on April 15th.
