Winchester graduations Friday 6/19

Handley High School and James Wood High School held graduation ceremonies on Friday Jun. 19.

James Wood gave out approximately 340 diplomas with 332 graduates receiving their diplomas at Handley High School.

Congratulations to all recent graduates who made it through a difficult pandemic filled year.

LFCC celebrates the class of 2021 this week

Lord Fairfax Community College celebrates the class of 2021 with a series of events this week.

A virtual commencement will take place at 1 p.m. Sat. May 15.

The Fauquier Campus will hold their drive thru diploma walk Thur. May 13 at 4 p.m..

The Middletown Campus will hold their drive thru diploma walk Fri. May 14 at 4 p.m..

Graduates will have their named called, walk the stage, receive their diploma and be photographed.

Former Professor the late James Crowley will be awarded emeritus status as will Andrea Ludwick.

There are over 1,300 graduates to be celebrated in the class of 2021.
