Front Royal Police responded to an accident in the North bound lanes of Commerce Avenue for over 6 hours on Sunday.

A semi truck rolled over after its load shifted while the driver attempted a left turn.

The contents of the container spilled on to the right of way causing the closer of  Commerce Avenue north of South St..

The 31 year old driver, William Haines of Hagerstown has been charged with reckless driving.

No injuries were reported in the incident.
