The deadline for entry to the Dominion Energy ArtStars awards ends tomorrow at 5 pm.

Art organizations that combines education and the arts in their communities around Virginia are encouraged to enter.

The One Shining Star Award of $10,000 will be granted to the winners in five regions across Virginia.

Qualifications must be met in regards to art and education and must have an annual budget of less than $1 million.

The judging will take place in November and winners will be notified in January.
