Front Royal seeks public input on the comprehensive plan
The town of Front Royal announced on it’s website that two public input meetings will be held to update the comprehensive plan Fri. May 20 and Sat. May 21.
The comprehensive plan controls development as well as the vision of the town.
The current plan is 25 years old and citizen input is needed to update the plan to manage development and create a sustainable community.
Fri. May 20’s meeting will be held from noon to 2 p.m. at the Warren County Public Safety Building on Skyline Vista Drive.
Sat. May 21’s meeting will take place at the Town Hall first floor lobby on Main St. Front Royal.

An open house will be held at Rouss City Hall
The City of Winchester website announced an open house at Rouss City Hall Mar. 1.
The public is invited to add their input to the update of the 2019 – 2022 comprehensive plan which provides physical development for the city.
The meeting will take place at 5:30 p.m..
Public input can also be submitted online by email or letter to the Winchester clerk by noon Feb. 24, 2022.

Strasburg residents are invited to voice their opinion
According to Strasburg’s social media page citizens have a chance to voice their opinion on the future of Shenandoah County tonight Oct. 27.
A public engagement session will be held at the Strasburg town hall starting at 6:30 p.m..
The meeting is hosted by the Shenandoah County Department of Community Development.
This is to engage and encourage input from citizens of Magisterial District 5 and 6.
A comprehensive plan is required from all Virginia localities and must be reviewed by law every 5 years.
