In an email from Handley Regional Library Systems it was announced that free at home COVID-19 test kits are being offered by the libraries .

All three branches of the Handley Library System join Samuel’s Public Library and the Virginia Department of Health in offering the free rapid COVID-19 Antigen At Home Test Kits.

This is a state wide effort at the public libraries to get the test kits in the hands of anyone who needs them.

You do not have to be a library member to get a kit anyone in the community can acquire one.

More information is available from your health care provider or from your local health department.

Handley Regional Library Systems is asking that you not enter the library if you need a kit.

They ask that you call ahead at any of their branches for curbside pickup.

Clarke County’s Library at (540) 955-5144 and Winchester’s Handley Library at (540) 662-9041.
