Winchester offers self serve kiosks for various payments
The City of Winchester is offering two self serve kiosks to make a variety of payments.
Currently utility bills or personal property taxes can be payed at these kiosks with more payment options coming.
The kiosks are available at City Hall on the third floor as well as at the Creamery Building Lobby at 21 S. Kent Street at the Commissioner of Revenue and Treasurer’s Office.
The machines accept cash or debit/credit cards with a convenience fee for using cards.
Future payment options may become available for real estate taxes, parking rentals as well as ems billing.
Opportunities to set up a personal account is currently available at the kiosks as well.
