News Maker Joey Waters on Dare to Dream Grant Deadline
The Front Royal Warren County Women’s Resource Center deadline to apply for Dare to Dream grants is fast approaching.
We spoke with the Chairperson for the Dare to Dream Program Joey Waters in our latest news maker.

Joey tells us who is eligible for the grants.
She also explains how much and what the grants can be used for.
Joey also explains the process for applying which has to be done by Jan. 14 but she explains that there could a little extra time.
