The Front Royal Women’s Resource Center is now accepting applications for the 2024 Dare to Dream grants.

Each year, FRWRC awards grants to Warren County women to help make their dreams a reality.

Recipients can use the funds to start or build their small business, purchase equipment for their business, support a certification or continue their educational efforts.

Applicants can request up to $1,000 in their grant which would be paid directly to the school or vendor by the Resource Center.

This flagship program has expanded over the years and provided nearly 200 grants totaling $150,000 to empower women of Warren County.

The Dare to Dream grants are available to any woman 18 and up in Front Royal or Warren County.

Applications will be reviewed and then finalists will be contacted for an interview.

Applications are considered based on merit of the project, research and efforts made toward the dream, and financial need.

The application deadline is January 12, 2024 and recipients will be announced the following March.

Applications are available now by clicking here.

They are also available at Samuels Public Library, or by calling or emailing the FRWRC office at 540-636-7007 and wrc@frwc.org.
