Valley Health (VH) announced that since adding the COVID-19 vaccine to the list of required vaccinations for physicians and staff 97% have complied.

As of Tuesday Sept. 14 there have been no employees terminated for not complying with the Sept. 7 deadline.

However there have been about 100 employees who have resigned over the two months preceding the deadline.

Another 125 employees have been suspended for not complying.

Those 125 employees have been given a two week grace period to begin the vaccination procedure.
