Leesburg Police have announced the arrest of a suspect in the murder of 57 year old Dean Lake.

Lake’s 21 year old son Schuyler has been charged with the death of his father, credit card theft and credit card fraud.

The investigation began on Saturday April 30 after a suspicious activity call in the 400 block South King Street.

Authorities found the 57 year old Lake deceased with trauma to his upper body.

There are no other persons of interest in the case with the 21 year Lake being held without bond in the Leesburg Adult Detention Center.
